  2. 1/3 cup Peanut Butter (any variety)

  3. 3 tablespoon Water

  4. 2 tablespoon Soy sauce

  5. 2 tablespoon Lemon juice

  6. 2 teaspoon Honey

  7. 2 Cloves garlic, finely minced

  8. 1 tablespoon Chili powder

  9. 1 dash Crushed dried Red Pepper

  1. GARNISH: finely chopped peanuts and dash of paprika, optional.

  2. Stir peanut butter and water into a paste and add other ingredients,mixing well. Spoon into serving bowl. Garnish.

  3. Makes 2/3 cupThis dip is perfect with bland crackers, or with a variety of freshvegetables, such as carrots, broccoli, green or red pepper, orcauliflower.

  4. NOTE: Add more water if your peanut butter is too firm.
