  1. Mix beef ribs with marinade for 30 minutes. Pan-fry beef ribs in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done. Add minced garlic and lemon rind. Cook for 1 minute. Sprinkle wine on beef ribs and stir well. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
