  1. 3/4 green apple s use granny smith

  2. 1/2 oz unsalted butter

  3. 1/2 oz sugar puff pastry per serving Carmel sauce: equal parts red wine and brown sugar , cooked to reduction

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees melt sugar and butter in ramekin. cook 10 minutes in oven. Core and peel apple. Use about ¾ of apple in each ramekin with the already cooked sugar and buter. cook 10 more minutes in over. cut puf pastry into square. Put over fruit and tuck into ramekin. cook an additional 10 minutes Allow to cool alitte and then turn over onto plate. Push down on ramekin and release. Add to tart, creme frache and caramel sauce or ice cream
