  1. 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

  2. 1/2 cup sugar

  3. 1 egg

  4. 2 tsp. vanilla extract

  5. 1 Tbsp. honey

  6. 1 Tbsp. light olice oil

  7. 1 cup whole wheat flour

  8. 1-1/2 cups rolled oats

  9. 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  10. 1/2 tsp. baking soda

  11. 1/2 tsp. salt

  12. 1 Tbsp. cinnamon

  13. 1/2 cup semi-sweet morsels

  1. preheat to 350

  2. mix sauce & sugar in mixer

  3. mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl

  4. pour dry ingredients into wet slowly

  5. use teaspoon and drop onto parchment lined sheets

  6. bake until edges are crispy 12-15 min

  7. cool on racks
