  1. 2 Boneless skinless chicken

  2. Breasts

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Soy sauce

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Brown sugar

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Rice wine

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sesame oil

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Scallions - minced

  8. 1 Ginger root - minced

  1. Cut chicken breasts in half.

  2. Mix remaining ingredients together in a shallow pan large enough to hold breasts in one layer. Place breasts in marinade, turning to coat and rubbing marinade into breasts.

  3. Marinate at least one hour and as long as overnight.

  4. Grill chicken over hot coals or under grill. Strain marinade, bring it to a boil, and serve it with chicken.
