  1. Mushroom Pate

  2. 1 lb. mushrooms

  3. 2 Tbsp. olive oil

  4. 1 can (14 oz.) can vegetable broth

  5. 4 cloves garlic

  6. 3 bunches green onions, finely chopped (both green and white sections)

  7. 1 container Tofutti cream cheese (vegan)

  8. chopped crackers

  9. Chop mushrooms, finely. Saute mushrooms with white onions and garlic in oil for 10 - 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Add broth,

  10. cook until all liquid is gone. Let cool. Add Tofutti cream cheese

  11. and green onions. Mix thoroughly and chill. Serve with any type

  12. of crackers. Make approximately 3 - 4 hours before serving.
