  1. 2 cups squash ,

  2. 10 medium squash

  3. 1/2 stick of butter

  4. 2 egg s

  5. 1/2 cup chopped onion

  6. 1 cup grated cheese ,

  7. 3/4 cup milk

  8. Salt & pepper to taste

  9. 1 1/2 cups crumbled Ritz cracker s or Captain Wafers

  1. Cook squash in salted water until tender, remove from heat, mash with fork, & add other ingredients. Top with more crackers. Bake @ 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until bubbly hot.
