  1. 3/4 cup 177ml Honey

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Orange juice

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Lemon juice

  4. 2 Navel oranges - washed, unpeeled

  5. 4 Whole cloves

  6. 1 Cinnamon stick

  1. Recipe Instructions Whisk together honey, orange juice and lemon juice in medium saucepan until well blended. Cut oranges in half lengthwise; cut each half into 1/8- to 1/4-inch-thick slices. Stir into honey mixture. Add cloves and cinnamon stick. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until oranges are tender. Remove from heat; cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
