  1. Ingredients :

  2. 100 g Fresh Tofu

  3. 6 Large Flat Wild Mushrooms

  4. 2 Slices of vegan bread

  5. 1/2 Carrot

  6. 1 Garlic clove

  7. 2 tsp chopped Chives

  8. 1 tsp turmeric

  9. 1/2 Lemon (juice)

  10. Olive oil

  11. Blend tofu, turmeric, garlic, juice 1/2

  12. lemon, 2 tsp olive oil and carrot together.

  13. Add chopped chives and mix well. Season

  14. with salt and pepper.

  15. Generously brush mushrooms with olive

  16. oil (this will help avoid mushrooms drying out).

  17. Spread tofu mixture over mushrooms and drizzle olive oil.

  18. Bake mushrooms in oven for 15 minutes

  19. at 220 degrees.

  20. Lightly toast bread and cut 2 circles

  21. with same diameter as the mushrooms.

  22. Place 1 circle toasted bread in middle

  23. of plate, followed by 1 mushroom.

  24. Add another 2 mushrooms on top.

  25. Decorate with chives on top of the

  26. tower and serve.
