  7. 2 tablespoons Butter

  8. 1/2 cup Celery -- chopped

  9. 1 1/2 cups Shredded cheese

  10. 3 Eggs

  11. 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

  12. Pinch red pepper

  13. 1 cup Sliced onion rings

  14. 1 cup Crabmeat

  15. 1 9 unbaked pastry shell

  16. 1 teaspoon Salt

  17. 2/3 cup "Half and Half"

  18. Sautee the onion rings and celery in butter until the onion is soft and golden.

  19. Spoon alternate layers of crab, cheese (your choice - use sharp, cheddar, or Swiss), and onion/celery mix into pie shell. In bowl, beat together eggs,

  20. cream, salt and pepper. Pour into pastry shell over other ingredients. Bake in

  21. 400 degrees, until firm, about 30-40 minutes. When knife point

  22. inserted into center comes out clean, filling is set. May be decorated with

  23. tomato wedges or cherry tomatoes. Cool slightly before cutting. Tuna, salmon,
