  1. 1 c Onion; chopped

  2. 1 c Celery; finely chopped

  3. 6 tb Margarine; melted

  4. 10 oz Broccoli, chopped; thawed

  5. 8 oz Cheese, pasteurized process; cubed

  6. 10 3/4 oz Soup, cream of mushroom

  7. 3/4 c Water

  8. 2 c Rice, regular; uncooked

  9. ds Garlic powder

  10. ds Parsley flakes

  11. Salt; to taste

  12. Pepper; to taste

  1. Saute onion and celery in melted margarine until clear.

  2. Add broccoli and cheese; heat until cheese melts.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.

  4. Spoon into a 2-quart casserole dish; cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

  5. Uncover; reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake an additional 10 minutes.
