  3. 1 cn canellini beans; drained

  4. 1/2 jar fat-free spagetti sauce

  5. -or- 2 sm onions; chopped

  6. 4 cloves garlic; diced

  7. 1 ts italian seasoning

  8. 1/2 ts parsley flakes

  9. 2 cn contadina italian style

  10. -tomato sauc; e

  11. 1 salt to taste

  2. Boil pasta according to box directions. while boiling, saute chopped onions and garlic in water in non stick pan until tender. drain water from pasta and add onions and garlic mixture. add the rest of the ingredients and stir, cooking for about 20 minutes.
