  1. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Potatoes - peeled, quartered

  2. 2 oz 56g Unsalted butter - room temperature

  3. 1/3 cup 78ml Heavy cream

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Sour cream

  5. 4 oz 113g White Cheddar cheese - grated

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Freshly-ground white pepper

  1. Recipe Instructions Place potatoes in pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and simmer until fork tender. Drain completely. Mix potatoes with an electric mixer until smooth. When smooth, add butter and blend. Add cream, a little at a time and beat; add sour cream and blend. Add cheese, salt and pepper and blend again. This recipe yields ?? servings.
