  2. 1/4 cup(s) sugar

  3. 6 tablespoon(s) canola oil

  1. Mix lemon juice and sugar. Let sit for 5 min. Use a blender or immersion blender to blend the juice and sugar. Slowly add the oil until all is well blended. Serve over spinach with strawberries. (pears are good too and toasted pecans sound good)
