  1. 1-1/2 lb. lean lean ground beef

  2. 1 large onion , finely chopped

  3. 2 jalapeño pepper s, cut into thin slices

  4. 3 Tbsp. chili powder

  5. 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth

  6. 2 cans (15 oz. each) kidney beans , rinsed

  7. 1 can (28 oz.) tomato puree

  8. 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

  9. 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

  10. 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

  11. 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro

  12. 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

  1. BROWN meat in Dutch oven or large deep skillet on medium heat; drain. Add onions and jalapeño peppers; cook 5 to 7 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.

  2. ADD all remaining ingredients except cilantro and cheese; stir. Cover; simmer on low heat 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

  3. SERVE topped with cilantro and cheese.
