  1. 5 sheets white mustard, cut into pieces

  2. 1 piece sweet corn, take seed

  3. 1 bay leaves

  4. 1 cm galangal, smashed

  5. 100 ml water

  6. 1/2 tsp salt

  7. 1/2 tsp sugar cooking oil

  8. 2 pieces of curly red chilli, finely sliced

  9. 4 red onions, thinly sliced

  10. 1/4 tsp pepper

  1. : 1. Heat oil, saute red onion, curly red chili, pepper powder, bay leaves, and galangal until fragrant.

  2. Enter white mustard and sweet corn. Stir until wilted.

  3. Add water, salt, and sugar. Cook until done.

  4. Remove and serve warm.
