  1. 1-1/4 cups water

  2. 3 Tablespoons olive oil

  3. 2 teaspoons garlic, chopped or 3 Tablespoons garlic oil

  4. 1/3 cup cornmeal

  5. 3 cups unbleached white flour

  6. 1 teaspoon salt

  7. 1 Tablespoon yeast

  8. 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, coarsely chopped

  9. 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Place water, olive oil , garlic , cornmeal, flour, salt, and yeast in the machine. Program for Raisin Bread, Basic Bread, Basic Wheat, Basic, White, Basic White, or White/Whole Grain, and press Start or On. (Large capacity breadmachine required.)

  2. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesan cheese when the beeper sounds or during the last 5 minutes of the final knead cycle.
