  1. 3 lbs 1362g / 48oz Cooked ham - (to 5 lbs) - drained

  2. 10 Whole cloves - (to 12)

  3. 1/2 cup 80g / 2.8oz Brown sugar

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Prepared mustard

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Lemon juice

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Orange juice

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Cornstarch

  1. Score ham in a diamond pattern; stud with cloves. Place in crockpot.

  2. Combine brown sugar, mustard and lemon juice; spoon over ham. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour; turn to LOW and continue cooking for 8 to 10 hours.

  3. Remove ham to a serving platter; keep warm. Turn crockpot to HIGH.

  4. Combine orange juice and cornstarch to form smooth paste. Stir into drippings in slow cooker. Cook stirring occasionally for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until sauce is thickened. Spoon over ham.

  5. This recipe yields 8 to 12 servings.
