  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sugar

  3. 4 cups 250g / 8.8oz Flour

  4. 2 cups 474ml Hot water

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt Topping

  6. 1 1/2 Tomato - (pizza) sauce

  7. 12 oz 340g Mozzarella cheese

  8. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Hamburger - (sausage or pepperoni)

  1. Recipe Instructions Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, salt and flour. Mix well with spoon and spread in two greased 9x13 pans. Let rise for one hour. Spread about 1 1/2 pints of your favorite tomato (pizza) sauce on top. Add 12 ounce shredded Mozzarella cheese and one pound cooked hamburger (or sausage or pepperoni). Put pizza in oven preheated to 500F; reduce heat immediately to 400F and bake 35 minutes or until cheese is melted.
