  5. 2 1/2 cups chicken broth

  6. cup evaporated milk

  7. 3 cups chicken

  8. 1 cup carrots

  9. 1 cup peas

  1. Melt butter. Add flour, salt and pepper. Let bubble. Add broth and evaporated milk and cook slowly until thickened. Add chicken and vegetables. Heat and pour into a 1 quart pan. Place Pop n Fresh biscuits or dumplings on top. Cover and bake for 15 min. at 425.
