  1. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Grated parmesan cheese - (4oz)

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped parsley

  3. 2 teaspoons 10ml Paprika

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dried oregano

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dried basil

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Freshly ground pepper

  8. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Butter - melted

  9. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Chicken wings - disjointed

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. In a paper bag, combine cheese, parsley, paprika, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Toss to mix. Pour melted butter ina a shallow bowl.

  2. Dip chicken pieces into butter, then place in a paper bag and shake to coat. Place chicken on foil-lined baking sheet and bake 45 minutes.

  3. Serve hot.
