  1. 1 cup butter

  2. 1 1/2 cups white sugar

  3. 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  4. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  5. 4 eggs

  6. 1 Package of Graham crackers - smashed to smithereens!

  7. 3 tablespoons of melted

  1. Mix the graham crackers and melted Butter together, and press into the Bottom of a Pie pan. Cream butter and sugar together. Mix in cocoa and vanilla. Beat at high speed, add one egg and beat until thoroughly incorporated. Keep whipping until fluffy and then pour on top of the graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for a few hours.
