  1. 1-1/2 cups water

  2. 1 Tbsp. honey

  3. 1 tsp. kosher salt

  4. 1-3/4 cups whole wheat flour

  5. 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  6. 1 Tbsp. active dry yeast

  7. 1 tsp. olive oil

  8. tomato sauce, cheese, etc. for topping

  1. Place all ingredients except the olive oil in the bread machine in the order specified by the manufacturer.

  2. Select the dough cycle.

  3. When the cycle is complete, lightly sprinkle a cutting board with flour. Turn dough out onto floured surface and knead gently several times.

  4. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  5. Divide dough in half. Stretch each half to a 12-inch round.

  6. Brush crust with olive oil. Top with pizza sauce, cheese and/or desired toppings.

  7. Bake 15-18 minutes until the crust is cooked through, and the cheese is bubbly.
