  1. 4 cups 948ml Fresh plums - (about 1 1/2 pounds), sliced

  2. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz All-purpose flour

  3. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  5. 1 Unbaked deep-dish pastry shell - (9 inches) Topping

  6. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Sugar

  7. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz All-purpose flour

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Ground cinnamon

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Ground nutmeg

  10. 3 tablespoons 45ml Cold butter or margarine

  1. Recipe Instructions In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients; pour into the pastry shell. For topping, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl; cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over filling. Bake at 375F for 50-60 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Cover edges of crust during the last 20 minutes to prevent over-browning. Cool on a wire rack.
