  1. 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  2. 1/2 cup salsa

  3. 2 tablespoons chopped green chiles

  4. 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

  5. 6 slices sourdough bread, toasted

  6. 1 pound shaved deli turkey breast

  7. 2 avocados, peeled and cut in

  8. 1/4 inch slices

  9. 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Colby Jack cheese

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, salsa, chiles and cilantro.

  2. For each sandwich, spread 1 slice bread with mayonnaise mixture; top with turkey, avocado slices and cheese.

  3. Broil until topping is bubbly and lightly browned.
