  1. Cook pork in boiling water for about 1 hour until tender. Take out and rinse with cold water until cool. Drain. Slice pork thinly and then soak in 1 bottle of Lee Kum Kee Drunken Chicken Marinade with 2 tbsp minced garlic for 15 minutes. Pour away excess liquid. Arrange on a serving plate and serve.
