  1. 8 Chicken legs, thighs and/or breasts

  2. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Chili powder

  3. 3 tablespoons 45ml Butter

  4. 1 Whole tomatoes - (16 oz)

  5. 1 Onion - chopped (large)

  6. 1 Sliced mushrooms - (4 oz) - drained

  7. 1 Garlic clove - minced

  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Salt

  9. 1/2 cup 118ml Heavy cream

  10. 2 teaspoons 10ml Paprika

  1. Recipe Instructions Rinse the chicken parts and pat dry. Melt the butter in a skillet. Brown the chicken on all sides in the butter. Place the chicken in the slow cooker. Combine all the other ingredients except the cream together. Mix well. Pour over the chicken. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. Stir in the heavy cream just before serving. Serve over hot spaghetti.
