  5. 15 oz Ricotta cheese

  6. 10 oz Pkg frozen chopped spinach,

  7. Thawed and well drained

  8. 1 c (4 oz) shredded Mozzarella

  9. Cheese

  10. 1/2 c Wheat germ

  11. 2 Eggs, beaten

  12. 1/4 c Chopped onion

  13. 1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese

  14. 1/8 ts Nutmeg

  16. 350 degrees. Grease an

  17. 8 inch square pan. Combine ricotta, spinach,

  18. Mozzarella, wheat germ, eggs, onion, Parmesan and nutmeg. Spread into pan.

  19. 25-30 minutes, until heated through. Let stand 5 minutes before

  20. serving. Cut into 2 1/2 inch squares. If desired, sprinkle with additional

  21. wheat germ.

  22. Microwave directions:

  23. Place mixture in a microwavable 8 inch square pan. Cover with plastic wrap;

  24. vent. Microcook on HIGH 8-9 minutes, until heated through, rotating dish a

  25. 4 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. --
