  1. 1 can of Pink or Red Salmon

  2. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

  3. 2 TBS Chopped green pepper

  4. 1 or 2 TBS Red Wine Vinegar

  5. 1 or 2 beaten egg s

  6. Salt & Pepper

  7. 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs or Cracker Crumbs

  8. 1/3 cup Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil

  1. Remove any bone packed in the Salmon.

  2. Flake with a fork and add all ingredients, mixing well.

  3. Heat Oil to Medium or Medium High Form patties and brown in the oil.

  4. You can crush some crackers and after forming patties press them into the cracker crumbs for a crispier crust on the patties.

  5. Serve with red sauce (ketchup mixed with a little horseradish).
