  1. 10 c Fashioned oats

  2. 1 c Wheat germ

  3. 1/2 lb Shredded coconut

  4. 2 c Raw sunflower seeds

  5. 1 c Sesame seeds

  6. 3 c Chopped almonds, pecans and -walnuts

  7. 1/2 c Packed brown sugar

  8. 1/2 c Water

  9. 1/2 c Oil

  10. 1/2 c Honey

  11. 1/2 c Molasses

  12. 1/2 ts Salt

  13. 2 ts Cinnamon

  14. 3 ts Vanilla

  1. Granola bars raisins or other dried fruit optional. Pre heat oven to 300. Combine oats, wheat germ, coconut, seeds and nuts Blend well in large sauce pan combine brown sugar, water, oil, honey and molasses, salt, cinnamon and vanilla. Heat until sugar dissolves but not to boiling. Pour syrup over dry ingredients and stir until well coated. Spread into 5 13×9 baking pans bake 20-30 min. stirring occasionally.

  2. min longer che(u)(r)drier (I think this means chewier and drier) Cool. Add fruit if desired. Store in cool dry place. Makes 20 cups.
