  1. 2 oz. TY KU Liqueur

  2. 3/4 oz. lime juice or 4 lemon wedges

  3. 8-10 mint leaves Soda water to fill

  1. Pour the TY KU, lime juice and mint leaves into a cocktail shaker.

  2. Muddle for 20 seconds, or until the mint is broken up and ingredients are combined.

  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.

  4. Pour into a highball glass, then add more ice to fill the glass. Top with soda water, garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.<
