  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Crawfish

  2. Salt and pepper

  3. 2 Eggs

  4. Milk

  5. Flour

  1. Season cleaned crawfish tails with salt and pepper.

  2. Dip each one in mixture of beaten eggs and a little milk.

  3. Dip in flour that has been seasoned. Fry in hot fat.

  4. Makes delicious hot hors d'oeuvres or serve as a main dish.
