  6. 1 package frozen chopped spinach -- thawed and drained

  8. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

  9. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  10. 1 1/2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese

  11. 7 ounces crumbled feta cheese

  1. Arrange croissant halves with sides overlapping in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, spinach, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour over croissants. Sprinkle cheeses over spinach mixture. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 40 to 45 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut into squares. Serve warm.
