    5. 7 oz White chocolate; melted

    6. 2 Butter; melted

    7. 1 1/4 lb Cream cheese; softened

    8. 1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract

    9. 1 ts Almond extract

    10. 3 c Powdered sugar

    11. 1/2 c Sour cream

    12. Mix white chocolate and melted butter together. Add to

    13. softened cream cheese. Stir in vanilla and almond

    14. extracts. Stir in powdered sugar. Spread on cake. Makes

    15. 4 9 layers or 2 layer sheet cake. Excellent

    16. with carrot cake. --
