  9. 2 cups mashed pumpkin

  10. 2/3 cup brown sugar

  11. 1 teaspoon ground ginger

  12. 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

  13. 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  14. 2 eggs -- beaten

  15. 3/4 cup light cream

  16. 1/4 cup dark rum --

  17. 9 pie pan with it. Bake at

  18. 450 degrees for minutes. Cool shell. Combine pumpkin, sugar, and spices. Beat in eggs and 325 degrees for 1 hour or until a

  19. knife inserted into pie comes clean.
