  1. 1-1/2 pounds ground beef

  2. 1 medium onion, chopped

  3. 4 bacon strips, diced

  4. 1 green pepper, chopped

  5. 3 potatoes, peeled and diced

  6. 2 teaspoons prepared mustard

  7. 3 beef bouillon cubes

  8. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  9. 2 cups boiling water

  10. 6 tablespoons vinegar

  1. In a skillet, brown ground beef with onion, bacon and green pepper; drain. Add potatoes, mustard, bouillon and pepper. Stir in water and vinegar. Simmer over medium-low heat for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Yield: 4-6 servings.
