  1. 2 cooked chicken breasts

  2. 1 package frozen veggies (i use 1 pack potatoes & 1 pack carrots)

  3. 1 can cream of celery soup

  4. 1 can cream of chicken soup

  5. 1 can chicken broth

  6. pepper to taste

  7. 2 cups baking mix (i use jiffy or bisquick)

  8. 1 1/2 cups milk

  9. 1 stick butter or marg., melted

  10. 400 F. Grease a

  11. 2 shallow cake pans. Spread chicken and veggies evenly in prepared dish. Stir together soup, broth, and pepper in small mixing bowl; stir until smooth. Combine baking mix and butter or marg.and milk in separate bowl; stir unti smooth. Pour flour mixture over ingredients in baking dish. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.

  12. 4 to 6 servings per bake pan. Freezes nicely.
