  1. 8 ounces cooked lobster meat, chopped fine, you may use imitation

  2. 1 stalk celery , chopped fine

  3. 6 dill pickle slices , chopped fine (not Kosher)

  4. 1/8 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

  5. 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  6. fresh lemon juice

  7. salad greens, your choice

  8. paprika , for garnish

  1. In a med. size bowl, chop lobster meat.

  2. Chop celery and dill pickle chips, and add to bowl.

  3. Add Old Bay Seasoning and mayonnaise. If using lemon add now, to taste. Mix well.

  4. Arrange salad greens on a sandwich size plate.

  5. Scoop mix on top of greens.

  6. Garnish with paprika.

  7. Serve.

  8. Makes 1 lunch size salad serving.
