  1. 225 g Cashewnuts

  2. 1/2ts Paprika

  3. 1/2ts Turmeric

  4. 1/2ts Salt

  5. 1 ts Water

  6. 250 ml Oil

  7. 1 ts Chilli powder

  1. + Directions : Mix the cashewnuts, paprika, turmeric, salt and water together in a bowl and allow to stand for 1 hour. Heat the oil and deep fry the cashewnuts until evenly browned. Remove from the oil, drain well and place on serving dish. Sprinkle with chilli powder and mix well.
