  1. 1 cup 93g / 3 1/3oz Fresh cranberries - chopped

  2. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Unsweetened crushed pineapple

  3. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Low sugar orange marmalade

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Chopped parsley - optional

  5. Sugar substitute - to taste

  1. In a microwaveable bowl, combine all ingredients. Microwave on high 2 to 3 minutes or until cranberries are tender. This may be stored, refrigerated in a jar. Use as a topping for chicken, turkey or pork. It may also be used as a spread over breads.

  2. This recipe yields ten 1/4-cup servings.
