  1. 9" pie

  2. 1/3 c Flour; all purpose

  3. 1/2 c Sugar; granulated

  4. 1 c Sour cream; commercial thick

  5. 5 c Peaches; quartered,peeled

  6. 1/4 c Brown sugar; lightly packed

  7. 450F. Line

  8. 9" pie plate with pastry. Trim and flute edges; do NOT prick pastry. With rotary beater, beat flour, sugar and sour cream (use commercial sour cream from store). Arrange flat edge of peach quarters on pastry in concentric circles. Pour sour cream on top. Bake

  9. 15 minutes at

  10. 450F, then lower heat to

  11. 350F and bake

  12. 25-30 minutes or till filling is set. Sprinkle brown sugar over hot pie. Broil
