  1. 1 medium firm banana, sliced

  2. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  3. 3 cups shredded cabbage

  4. 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple tidbits, drained

  5. 1 celery rib, chopped

  6. 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained

  7. 1/2 cup golden raisins

  8. 1 cup (8 ounces) lemon yogurt

  9. 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

  10. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. In a small bowl, toss banana slices and lemon juice. In a large serving bowl, combine the cabbage, pineapple, celery, oranges and raisins. Drain bananas; discard juice. Add bananas, yogurt, walnuts and salt to cabbage mixture; toss to coat. Serve immediately. Yield: 8-10 servings.
