  3. 2. Garlic 4-5 pieces 3. Coriander leaves 4. Coconut (Grated)-1/2 cup

  6. Second part

  7. 1. Ghee - 1tsp

  8. 2. Cary leaves(5-8)

  9. 3. Mustered seeds

  10. 4. Red dry chilies(2)

First Grained the First part ingredients keep a sidethen in 1 small pan put 1tsp of Ghee let it become hot then Mustered seeds, Cary leaves and red chillies then keep it for cooling for 5 minutes then pour on the top of the Chutney which is ready at in the First part. Have it with a Dosa, Roti etc.
