  1. 1 or 2 lbs. hamburger meat

  2. 2 lbs. Pinto beans

  3. Lettuce

  4. Tomatoes

  5. Onions

  6. Cheese (grated)

  7. Taco or picante sauce

  8. 3 c. Flour

  9. 1 tbsp. salt

  10. 1 c. warm water

  11. 2 tbsp. baking powder

  1. Brown hamburger meat in a skillet. In a separate pan cook pinto beans. When they are done mix beans and hamburger meat together.

  2. Indian fry bread. Mix flour and salt and baking powder together. Add enough water to form a dough that can be handled easy. Roll out dough about 1/2 inch thick. Cook in deep fat.

  3. Put fry bread on bottom. Put beans and hamburger mixture on top of that. Put lettuce, tomatoes and onions on top of that. Put cheese on top of that then cover with picante sauce.
