  2. 1 c Brown sugar

  3. 1/4 c Butter

  4. 1/2 c Cream

  5. 1 Egg

  6. 1/2 t Soda

  7. 1/2 t Salt

  8. 1/4 t Nutmeg

  9. 1 c Chopped,peeled apples

  10. 1/2 c Butterscotch Chips

  11. 1 c Walnuts, chopped

  12. Glaze:

  13. 3 tb Butter, melted

  14. 1 tb Cinnamon

  15. 2 tb Cream

  16. 2 c Confectioners Sugar

  17. 24 Walnut Halfs

  1. Heat oven to 350 F.

  2. Cream butter and sugar; add egg, beat well.

  3. Stir in dry ingredients.

  4. Add apples and nuts and chips.

  5. Dropby teaspoon full onto greased cookiesheet.

  6. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.

  7. Make glaze by mixing together the melted butter,cinnamon, creamconfectioners sugar.

  8. Spread on cookies.

  9. Top each with awalnut half.
