  1. 1 Cut-up chicken

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Olive oil

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Wine vinegar

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Sugar

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dry mustard

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Tarragon

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Rosemary

  9. 1 Garlic - minced

  10. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Freshly ground black pepper

  1. Mix in a pint jar and shake vigorously. Pour into shallow dish or a Ziploc bag. Place chicken pieces in marinade and turn to coat. Cover and marinate overnight.

  2. Grill skin side up about 8" from heat. Turn ever 10 minutes for an hour or until fork tender.
