  1. 1 (3.4 oz.) box instant pistachio pudding

  2. 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple

  3. 1 c. shredded coconut

  4. 1 (10 oz.) whipped topping thawed

  5. 1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries well drained and halved

  6. 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits

  7. 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges drained

  8. 1 c. mini marshmallows

  1. In a large bowl, mix the 2 pineapples together and sprinkle the dry pudding mix on top. Let sit for about 3 minutes, then fold coconut and cherries into mixture. Next, blend in whipped topping and marshmallows and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours before serving. Yield: serves 12
