  1. 2 tablespoons 30ml Margarine

  2. 4 Chicken breast halves - skinless, boneless

  3. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Sliced mushrooms

  4. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Onion - sliced (small)

  5. 1 Garlic - minced -or-

  6. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Garlic powder

  7. 1 Cream of mushroom soup - campbell's

  8. 10 3/4 o 1/2 cup 118ml Milk

  9. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Pepper

  10. 4 cups 948ml Hot cooked noodles

  1. Recipe Instructions 1. In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat one tablespoon margarine. Add chicken; cook 10 minutes or until browned. Remove.

  2. Reduce heat to medium. In remaining margarine cook mushrooms and onion with garlic until onion is tender and liquid has evaporated, stirring often.

  3. Stir in soup, milk and pepper; heat to boiling.

  4. Return chicken to skillet. Cover; cook over low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring often.
