  1. 8 bone-in chicken thighs (about 3 pounds), skin removed

  2. 3 tablespoons butter

  3. 2 to 3 tablespoons lime juice

  4. 12 to 16 drops hot pepper sauce

  5. 1 teaspoon brown sugar

  6. 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules

  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  8. 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning

  9. 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

  10. 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  11. 1/4 teaspoon paprika

  1. Place chicken in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Dot with butter; sprinkle with lime juice and pepper sauce. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle evenly over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 180°. Yield: 4 servings.
