  1. 1 lb. ground beef

  2. 8 oz. can of tomato sauce

  3. 1/2 cup chopped onions

  4. sliced cheeses

  5. 4-6 flour tortillas

  6. 1 chopped avocado (as topping)

  7. sour cream (as topping)

  8. Taco sauce (as topping)

  9. 1/2 cup chopped olives

  1. Cheddar, jack, mozzerella, munster all work well.

  2. Spices - chili powder, pepper, garlic powder, tabasco sauce.

  3. A combination between an enchilada and a burrito.

  4. To make the meat sauce, first brown ground beef, then add spices and tomato sauce.

  5. Warm mixture over low heat.

  6. Lay meat sauce in an unfolded large flour tortilla.

  7. Add avocado, onions, cheese, and olives.

  8. Roll all ingredients into the tortilla.

  9. Use as many tortillas to use up the meat sauce.

  10. Bake enchiritoes in oven at 350 for 10-15 min.

  11. During the last 5 min.

  12. of baking time, place slices of cheese of the enchiritoes.

  13. Serve with sour cream on top.
